Nordic Yarn partners with a small number of premium retail partners by invitation. We work with shops that share our approach to craft, quality, and community.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Wholesale pricing: Approved retailers receive 46% off suggested retail prices.
• Flexible ordering: $300 opening minimum and $100 reorders. Opening orders require at least five skeins per color and yarn base; reorder quantities are flexible.
• Simple fulfillment: Orders are paid in full upfront, with shipping charged separately. In-stock orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.
• Retailer support: Access to product information, photography, and approved brand assets, as well as a deep and growing pattern catalog.
• Consistent retail positioning: Nordic Yarn maintains consistent suggested retail prices across its own channels and avoids routine direct-to-consumer discounting that undercuts stockists except for pre-planned seasonal campaigns where retailers will be notified in advance in order to participate.

OUR RETAIL PARTNERSHIP STANDARDS

• Follow our advertised-pricing and promotional guidelines, including the separately published MAP policy, where applicable.
• Sell only through approved shops and your own approved website, not third-party marketplaces.
• Respect Nordic Yarn's brand identity and restrictions on bidding on our branded paid-search terms.
• Foster inclusive spaces that celebrate creativity, support makers, and are free from hate speech and discrimination.
