Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Eligible returns

Unused, unwound skeins of yarn in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping, to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned: Yarn that has been wound, used, or is not in its original condition, Digital pattern downloads, Gift cards, Sale items (if applicable during designated sale periods), and Custom or special orders.

How to initiate a return

Contact us at hello@nordicyarn.com within 30 days of delivery to arrange your return. Please include your order number. We will provide return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product). Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 309, Holderness NH 03245. 

Refund processing

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned items. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different color or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Defective products

If you receive a product that is defective (significant inconsistencies in the yarn, damage not attributable to shipping), please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the product or issue a full refund at our discretion, including return shipping costs.
